REIN India Foundation Trust is a registered non-profit organization established in December 2016 with a vision to create an inclusive society where every individual—especially women, adolescent girls, and persons with disabilities—has the opportunity to live with dignity, confidence, and independence.

A foundation built on compassion, dignity, and long-term empowerment
REIN India Foundation was founded with the mission of creating meaningful and sustainable social impact. Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to empowering marginalized communities by focusing on health awareness, women's empowerment, disability inclusion, livelihood creation, and community development.
Over the years, our initiatives have positively touched thousands of lives through awareness campaigns, employment opportunities, relief programs, and community outreach. Our work is centered on compassion, dignity, equality, and long-term empowerment rather than temporary assistance.
What We Do
Our Focus Areas
Driven by community participation, we address critical social challenges through awareness, education, skill development, employment generation, and sustainable empowerment programs.
Menstrual Health & Hygiene Awareness
We conduct interactive one-on-one sessions in schools where girls receive accurate information about menstruation in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. By encouraging open conversations, we aim to eliminate myths, reduce stigma, promote menstrual hygiene, and help young girls embrace this natural phase of life with confidence and dignity.
Women Empowerment
We believe that empowering women transforms families and communities. Our programs focus on skill development, financial independence, employment opportunities, livelihood support, confidence building, and social inclusion — with special emphasis on women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and women with physical disabilities.
Empowering Persons with Disabilities
Creating opportunities for persons with disabilities is one of our pillars. Through employment, skill development, and home-based livelihood programs, we help individuals become financially independent while showcasing their talents and capabilities. Our initiatives remove barriers, promote inclusion, and create dignified employment opportunities.
Wings of Desire
Our flagship livelihood initiative supports persons with disabilities who have lost employment or face mobility challenges by enabling them to work from home. Participants receive skill training, production support, and income-generating opportunities in cotton grocery bags, eco-friendly fabric products, children's pouches, sanitary napkin holders, paper bag manufacturing, and tailoring.
Community Development
Beyond our core programs, REIN India actively supports communities through skill development training, community sponsorship, support for physically challenged athletes, educational assistance, livelihood creation, emergency relief initiatives, and public safety and health awareness. Our community-centered approach ensures long-lasting positive impact for vulnerable populations.
Disaster Relief & Humanitarian Support
During times of crisis, REIN India has stood beside thousands of families in need. Our volunteers successfully provided grocery kits, dry ration kits, and essential supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic and flood relief operations across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Tamil Nadu, helping more than 5,000 families through timely humanitarian assistance.
