— Mrs. Vaishali Rajarathinam
Vaishali Rajarathinam is a MSW graduate and currently sparehading Rein India foundation. Rein India Foundation aims to bring a sustainable social change in a society.
During her initial days she worked as a volunteer with some of the NGO s in Bangalore. During her frequent visits of Bosco Mane she could understand about the need of Health and hygiene issues about young girls. During her government school visits she used to talk with school coordinator s and teachers .where she could find out some interesting facts about menstruation.
Thus a journey started of “Menstrual Talk” an initiative of Rein India foundation. During her tenure of last two years she visited many school teachers and Girl students of government aided schools.She could realise a need of awareness and a freedom of expression can create a sustainable change in menstruation Cycles of a school girls.
— Mrs. Sucheta Dikshit
Mrs. Sucheta Dikshit is a board member of Rein India Foundation. She is a versatile personality, and her vast professional experience contributes to Rein India Foundation’s social growth. She is a face
behind Rein India’s planning and policy formation.
She is associated with Department of Research and Innovation center, Presidency University, Bangalore as a research scholar in the domain of L&D analysing its impact on organisational productivity.
She is a POSH enabler, associated with the corporates as External IC member and spreading awareness sessions for IC Committee and Employees.
As Ambassador of Pinkathon spreading awareness regarding the fitness and wellness of women.
With 25 years of experience in leading the HR Departments of many of the ace companies she is now contributing her expertise in the field of social work.
— Mrs. Jyotsna Patil
Mrs. Jyotsna Patil is currently a board member of Rein India Foundation. She is one of the creative minds of Rein India. She also possesses a vast experience in corporate social responsibility which will pave a successful path to our organisation. With Jyotsna on board, Excelligent Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. has another accomplished master of human resources. Jyotsna has completed her Master’s in Business Administration with specialisation in HR and Marketing. She holds a good 8 years of experience as HR Generalist in IT Industry.
Not restricting her activities to a specific domain of HR, Jyotsna has had a practical contact with the A to Z of HR; right from the sourcing, screening, pre-joining and post joining of the candidates; on boarding formalities, employee engagement, exit interviews to conflict resolution, event management, payroll management, employee counselling sessions, administration and the allied.
Jyotsna has been known for implementing a number of renovative and innovative ideas and activities – Thought for the day activity, English speaking sessions to name a few, thus building a convivial atmosphere at her workplaces.

— Mr. Balasubramaniam
Mr. Balasubramanian Vinayagam is a crucial board member of Rein
India Foundation. He is a Networking Professional, and his corporate
experience covers the skillset of computer networking for an
organisation.
During the corona pandemic period he himself served as a volunteer
for Rein India Foundation when there was a scarcity of manpower.
We donated more than 1000 grocery packets and equal number of
Dry ration Kits with an able support of Mr. Bala Sir. We covered 5000
beneficiaries under our Corona Relief Program from Bangalore as
well as Chennai outskirts areas. The Program was successfully led by
him.
We expect same support and competent effort from him in nearby
future. His excellence will help us to thrive further in the field of
social work.
